Thanks for sending this explanation. I am suspicious sometimes when something such as this doesn't work as advertised and designed. My first thought is censorship and outside interference.

Bill: I understand you suspicion, but I do not believe that is the case here. The Substack peoploe have gone out of their way to allow free speech. My guess is that they are making so many improvements, that some other basics (Comments) might have been forgotten...

I have said this for years if I could, I would once I get done working I got a start a Substack page because it’s so important to get the information out to people and if it has to be free, so be it I cannot afford.
