John,

I bare witness to everyone of your points and in total they speak to the value of seeking alternate sources of information other than MSM When the true facts come out it makes fools of MSM.

John, thank you for your contributions to make society a better experience.

Tom: Thank you for your support — it's appreciated!

That said, I think you meant "bear witness," not "bare witness..."

John

I thought about my error after I had already posted my comment. Guess I need to do some critical thinking regarding context.

If you're concerned about wind (and solar and minor players) you might enjoy my book "Where Will We Get Our Energy?" A comprehensive end-to-end life-cycle system-engineering analysis of the entire energy landscape. Everything quantified. No vague handwaving. 350 bibliographic citations so readers can verify I didn't just make up stuff. Chapter 7 is about solar and wind.

Van: I perused it and from what I saw it looks like a serious effort to adequately cover a complex and important societal issue.

John, These would be a great start on a "translator" to convert political speech from our politicians into language that the general population can understand. To make it more engaging, we could use an AI LLM so that it has all technology buzz to engage younger voters.

Thanks for an insightful take on issues that are extremely important. The last four years have really shown many aware Americans the folly of not keeping check on those who were elected to serve the people...not themselves. I pray President Trump will eliminate all lobbyists. They have influenced Congress, which should never have been permitted to occur. . .

Barbara: Your welcome. I hope that there are "many aware Americans" who are not only paying attention, but also are willing to speak up when we are being lied to.

To me, as an engineer, the key to solving any problem is to properly define the problem. Often, there is a very simple answer to super complex problems. You have defined a problem and the solution is obvious to me.

America has a real problem with one of our political parties. The solution is to merely show that every problem you pointed out resulted from just one party’s failed attempt to confuse us. This seems very clear to me by just reading the narrative they put forth. Often their story seems plausible until you apply the slightest bit of rational thought. But, that is not the key point. The key point is that every misleading concept comes from just one party. The question has to be, “Why?” Misleading by choice is a choice. It has to be by design. Stupidity is not a rational excuse for an entire political party, so I believe I have defined America’s biggest problem and the solution is quite easy.

John,

A long and impressive list, and you left out the "World's Greatest Lies". ;-)

1. The check is in the mail.

2. Of course I'll respect you in the morning.

3. I'm from the government and I'm here to help.

The "Ministry of Truth" described in 1984 lives on in 2024.

I believe we are engaged in a spiritual war disguised as a political war. Until we invite our Savior into Satan's war against us, no political figure can act to save us. In fact, I believe our human Moses of today will be akin to Moses in that he will not be a politician, not an attorney, not someone who moves in the same circles as those who seek to enslave us. If we were to put the same belief in our Savior that so many put in politicians on both sides of the deliberate divide, we wouldn't be where we are today. Am I happy Kackling Kommie Kamala was not (s)elected as #47? Yes! Am I excited DJT is #47? No! We need to clean out the party of our choice before pointing our fingers at those in the other party. Those who control governments from outside of government know how human nature and how to manipulate us. Everything happens by design; there are no coincidences and woefully few unintended consequences. We need to change ourselves if we are to change our destiny.

That is the big picture too few see. They continually focus upon politics. If people put as much faith in God as they do for politicians, I believe we would be in a much better situation.

we've had typical, smooth weather this fall, very little rain and some sunny spells too. Much of the UK has seen zero hours of sunshine this month, and the first part of this week will see already-light winds hit fresh lows in many areas, according to Met Office forecasters. The dark and windless weather comes as Sir Keir Starmer and Mr. Miliband, the Energy Secretary, fly to the UN climate talks in Baku, Azerbaijan, to pledge massive cuts in U.K. greenhouse gas emissions - https://dailysceptic.org/2024/11/11/wind-power-falls-to-almost-zero-as-miliband-prepares-to-cut-gas-further/
