Robert Bryce wrote about this also at https://robertbryce.substack.com/p/slapped. The decision also affected Mark Z. Jacobson, a professor of fraudulent science at Stanford, who was required to reimburse legal fees to the National Academy of Sciences and Chris Clack. The decision was based on the District of Columbia’s Anti-SLAPP (Strategic Lawsuits Against Public Participation) Act, which prohibits the filing of lawsuits aimed at limiting public participation. Robert pointed out that Science magazine and New York Times were conspirators in this fraud; both have long records of scientific fraud.

It's refreshing to read this, John. Proof positive that true science lives on! If Mann's case had won, science would have become nothing more than politics at its worst. This climate hoax must be exposed for what it is.
